Ahead of Apple’s unveil of the 2018 iPhones on Wednesday, analytics company Mixpanel is out today with a closer look at the different iPhones currently in-use by consumers. A Portland lawyer used AirTags to track homeless people’s belongings, to prove that they were being illegally trashed by city contractors. The possessions tracked included a speaker, two paintings, and a coffee press … The Portland Tribune reports that when the city clears unofficial campsites used by homeless people, it is supposed to safeguard the property for a month – but the AirTags proved it wasn’t doing so. Adobe has released an updated version of Lightroom for iOS that delivers a new editing interface, an info screen that lets you add copyright info and more, plus a new pro mode with an improved capture interface. Adobe’s research team previewed emerging technology today at Adobe MAX 2017 that may one day make the tedious, but increasingly popular work of colorizing black and white photos obsolete. Project Scribbler is a new initiative powered by Adobe Sensei that can interpret any black and white sketch or photo and accurately apply realistic coloring to it.
